At Peralta Design Group, we specialize in residential design, ADU planning, additions, remodels, and permit coordination throughout San Diego County. Founded by Sergio A. Peralta, Assoc. AIA, Peralta Design Group was built around the idea that successful residential projects require more than good design alone. They require a deep understanding of zoning regulations, building codes, consultant coordination, permit processing, and real-world construction constraints. We work closely with clients from the initial feasibility and conceptual design phase through construction documents, engineering coordination, and permit submittals.

      Sergio A. Peralta, Assoc. AIA

      Sergio A. Peralta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the NewSchool of Architecture & Design. His background combines architectural design, construction coordination, and residential permitting expertise, with a strong focus on practical project execution and technical problem-solving.

      Through years of experience in residential design and permitting, Sergio has developed extensive knowledge of local development regulations, ADU requirements, construction documentation, and consultant coordination processes across multiple jurisdictions in San Diego County.
